Bill DeLano is the Founder and President of Triangle Training, a premier provider of “experience-based” business and leadership solutions. For over 25 years, his company has designed and delivered innovative consulting and training services in 40 states and 9 countries. Triangle Training helps organizations achieve results by amplifying their leadership and strategic efforts.
Bill’s trademark is his ability to translate difficult business issues into thought provoking simulation experiences. His team works with executives to design and implement initiatives ranging from Strategic Planning, Culture Change, Leadership Coaching and Team Development. The result of his work is that individuals, teams and organizations achieve bigger goals, form better strategies and experience greater synergy.
His consulting and facilitation practice reaches globally as he serves as an engagement specialist in designing interactive methods for organizations, leaders and teams to launch and implement effective initiatives. During this time, Bill has worked with over 50,000 leaders from over 400 organizations, ranging from international companies, governmental agencies, non-profits and educational institutions.
Bill’s passion for working with students and educators has resulted in providing enrichment services to students, teachers and administrators in North Carolina schools. His vision for a transformative learning environment culminated in the founding of Triangle Training Center in 1988. This 33-acre retreat, conference and corporate training center, located in the heart of Chatham County, NC, creates the ideal "learning laboratory", blending a park-like atmosphere with elegant training facilities; an optimum environment for inspirational meetings and trainings. The Triangle Training Center provides a beautiful and inspiring environment for groups to gather and focus without the distractions that prevent coherent thought.
